Soonar Soundings is a quarterly newsletter published for the Pamakid Runners Club. Under the direction of editor George Rehmet, Soonar Soundings has won the RRCA Western Regional award for small/medium club newsletter since 2002. A subscription to the newsletter is included with your membership.
